My name is Jane Muscroft and I live in Glen Carbon, Illinois.
I was born and raised in England where I lived until January
2000 when my family and I relocated to the United States. I
have been teaching English cooking classes for Dierbergs for
over 2 ½ years. Last year I launched the Queen's Cuisine
a catering business specializing in Afternoon Teas and High
Teas served in the traditional English manor. To date it has
been my pleasure to serve many people with my teas.
I will offer fine English tea parties and English pastries
at the Tea Room at 501 East Main Street in Collinsville. Private
tea parties in the afternoons can be made by reservation for
groups from 2 to 35. Call for details.
